InstiQ is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely through the InstiQ mobile application, available for download on Google Play. There are no physical products, hardware, or printed materials involved in the purchase or use of InstiQ.
2. Service Delivery
Upon successful subscription payment, access to InstiQ is granted instantly and digitally:
- Your subscription is activated within seconds of payment confirmation.
- Access is granted through your registered account in the InstiQ app.
- No download links, activation keys, or physical items are shipped to you.
- The service is accessible 24/7 from any supported device with internet connectivity.
3. No Physical Shipping
Since InstiQ does not involve any physical goods, the following do not apply:
- Shipping charges
- Delivery timelines
- Courier or logistics tracking
- Physical returns or exchanges
4. App Download
The InstiQ application is available for free download on the Google Play Store. Download and installation are managed by Google Play and governed by their platform terms. InstiQ does not charge for the app download itself — charges apply only to subscription plans after the free trial period.
5. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high service availability at all times. In the event of scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime, we will notify users through in-app communication. For service-related issues, please contact us at support@instiq.in.
