1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the InstiQ application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InstiQ is a cloud-based institute management platform that enables schools, coaching centers, and colleges to manage academic operations including attendance, assignments, exams, notifications, and staff management through a mobile application.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Each institute account is managed by a Super Admin who is responsible for all activities under that account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InstiQ to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate educational institute management
5. Subscription and Payment
- InstiQ is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
- A free trial period is provided upon registration. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of access to the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of InstiQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that student and staff data entered into InstiQ complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of InstiQ — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and branding — are owned by InstiQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
InstiQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of InstiQ following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.
